Cafe Pascucci

Started the cafe here in Indira Nagar Maninagar 191/1 because we liked the corner. It's been a few years now. The coffee machine we have is a bit loud, especially when it's quiet outside, but it gets the job done and makes a decent cup. Most days are just a mix of regular people who live around here and some who are just passing through for work. We keep the chairs simple. Sometimes the floor gets a bit dusty from the street traffic, but we try to sweep it when there's a gap between customers. It’s not a very big place. There’s a specific smell of roasted beans that stays in the curtains and even on our clothes when we go home at night. We don’t do anything too fancy with the menu, just stuff people like to drink when they’re tired or need a break. Sometimes the milk delivery is late and we have to wait around, but that’s just how it goes with a small business. We’ve seen kids grow up and start coming in on their own. It’s nice to see familiar faces every day. We don't spend much time on decorations. Most of the stuff on the walls has been there since the first month we opened. It’s just a spot to sit down for a bit. If the weather is nice, the breeze comes in through the front door. We’re usually here until late evening when the street lights come on.
