Cafe Max

We are over at 716 Indira Nagar Main Road. Cafe Max is just a regular spot where people come and go all day. Indira Nagar is usually loud and full of traffic, so we try to keep things a bit more grounded here. It’s not a place with a huge staff or a complicated menu. We just do what we can with the space we have. Most mornings start early with setting out the chairs and getting the machines ready. It’s a lot of routine, honestly. We have people who stop by on their way to work every single morning, and we’ve gotten used to seeing the same faces. The building at 716 is pretty old, so it has its quirks. The floor creaks in a few spots and the lighting is a bit dim in the back. But that’s just how it is. We don't try to hide the imperfections. We aren't trying to be a trendy lounge or anything high-end. It’s just a cafe on the main road. Sometimes we’re understaffed and things take a bit longer, but people seem to understand. We’re just human. We like the neighborhood and we like being part of the daily routine for people around here. It’s simple work, and we’re happy to keep doing it day after day. We usually close up when the sun goes down and the street gets a little quieter and easier to manage.
