Cafe Coffee Day

We are over here on Brigade Road, right at 17/2. It gets pretty busy around this part of town, especially in the evenings when everyone is out walking. We opened up this spot because we like coffee and wanted a place where people can sit down for a bit. It is not a very big space but we make it work somehow. Most days we are just busy cleaning tables or making sure the machine is running right. Sometimes the music is a bit loud, but that is just how it is here. We see a lot of students and people working on their laptops. It is funny how many people come in just to escape the heat for an hour. We do not do anything fancy, just standard coffee and some snacks if you are hungry. The staff has been here a while now, so we know most of the regulars by name. It feels like a neighborhood spot even though it is on such a main road. Sometimes we run out of certain cakes by the afternoon, which is annoying, but we try to keep things stocked up. If you are walking down Abuseth Road, you will probably see us. It is just a simple place to hang out and take a break from the noise outside. No one is going to bother you if you stay for a while. We just keep the lights on and the coffee hot.
