Cafe Chokolade

We've been hanging around Brigade Road for a while now. It's a busy spot near Ganpati Chowk 1, and we basically just spend our days making chocolate drinks and snacks for whoever walks in. It’s not a huge place, but it works for us. Most people come in because they're tired from walking around the shops or they just want something sweet after lunch. We try to keep things simple here. The kitchen isn't fancy, and sometimes it gets a bit loud when the blender is going, but that's just how it is. We spend a lot of time cleaning up cocoa powder and making sure the tables aren't sticky. It’s a lot of work running a small cafe, honestly. Some days are packed and other times we’re just sitting here waiting for the afternoon rush. We don't really do anything complicated. If you want a cold chocolate drink or maybe a quick bite while you're out, this is where we are. We've got a few regulars who come by every day, and it's nice to see familiar faces. The traffic outside can be a mess, but inside it’s alright. We just focus on getting the orders out and making sure the fridge is stocked. It’s a plain shop, nothing over the top, just us doing our thing every day on Brigade Road. We might run out of certain ingredients now and then, but we usually figure it out.
