Cafe Acharyaa

Over here in JP Nagar, 6th Phase, things are generally a bit quieter than in the middle of the city. We are located at 598 on 15th Cross, right near the corner of 35th Main. We started this cafe because we liked the spot and the trees nearby. It is just a simple place to get a drink and sit for a while. A lot of our time is spent cleaning the machines and making sure the milk is as fresh as it can be. The furniture isn't anything special, just some chairs and tables we found that seemed sturdy enough. We see the same faces every morning, mostly people from the nearby apartment blocks who stop in before they head to work. We don't have a massive menu with a hundred things on it. We just stick to a few things we know how to make without messing up. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common around here, and we just light some candles and wait for the backup to start. The staff is just a few of us who live close enough to walk to work. We don't wear uniforms or anything like that, just our regular clothes. It feels more like a local hangout than a proper business most of the time. We listen to the birds and the occasional car and just keep things moving along. It is a decent way to spend the day.
