Cafe 7

Cafe 7 is up on the second floor of a building on S P Road 1, in the RT Nagar area. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a quiet spot once you get there. We’ve got a few windows that look out over the street, which is nice for watching the traffic go by. It’s a small cafe, mostly just coffee, tea, and some snacks we prepare in the small kitchen area. We don't have a big staff, usually just two of us working the shifts. The furniture is a bit mismatched because we picked it up from different places over time. It gives the place a bit of a lived-in feel, I think. People come here to sit for a while, maybe read or just take a break from the noise downstairs. We have an old kettle that whistles quite loudly when the water is ready. The menu is just a few things written on a chalkboard by the counter. We don't do anything too complicated or fancy. Sometimes we run out of milk if we have a sudden rush, and one of us has to run down to the store. It’s not a high-end place, just a simple cafe where you can get a hot drink and relax. We like the view from the second floor. It’s a good place to hide away for a bit. We’ve been here for a couple of years now.
