C N N Estate Agency is located at 302 Rajajinagar Old High Court Lane. We are positioned right by the Income Tax Circle. This is a very busy and hectic part of the city to work in. There are always people rushing around because of all the government offices located nearby. Our agency is a small one and we really focus on the real estate market around the Rajajinagar area. We have been in this particular building for quite some time now. The office is on an old lane that has a lot of history behind it. We do not have a fancy showroom with lights. It is just a simple room with some desks and maps of the local layouts pinned up on the walls. We spend our days talking to people who want to buy or sell their homes. It is a lot of listening to what people are looking for. Sometimes we have to go out and show different properties, so the office might be empty for an hour or two during the day. We just leave a handwritten note on the door when that happens. The Income Tax Circle area is always crowded with cars, so getting to work can be a real struggle in the mornings. We know most of the other shop owners on this lane. It is a tight-knit spot despite all the city noise. We just show what is available.
