Buttercup

Buttercup is tucked away in Basavanagudi. Specifically, we are in the Vishwamala Housing Society area, over at Triveni Nagar 8. It’s a quiet residential part of town, which we like. We aren't on a main road, so you have to know where you're going to find us. Being at Triveni Nagar 8 means we see a lot of the same neighbors every day. The Vishwamala Housing Society is a nice place to have a business. It’s mostly families living around here. We named the place Buttercup because it felt friendly. We do our work every day, starting pretty early. Basavanagudi is a historic area, but our little corner feels more modern. The building isn't very old. We keep the windows clean so people can see inside. We have some chairs if people want to sit, but most just come and go. It’s just a few of us working here. We handle everything ourselves. Sometimes the deliveries are late and we have to wait around. That’s just how it goes. We don't use any loud music or bright lights. We try to fit in with the quiet vibe of Triveni Nagar. If you are visiting someone in Vishwamala Housing Society, you’ll probably walk right past our door. We don't have a big corporate story. We just opened up one day and stayed open. It’s a decent way to spend the time. We hope to stay here for a while. It's quiet.
