Bubble Bites Lounge Bar

We’re located over at Sanjay Nagar 259. It’s a decent spot where we set up this lounge bar a few years back. We didn’t want anything too stiff or formal, so we just put in some comfortable chairs and a bar that works for the space we have. We have a mix of people coming in, from folks living around the corner to people finishing their long work shift. It’s mostly about having a place to sit down and have a bite or a drink without feeling like you have to dress up or act fancy. The kitchen is small but we keep it busy with all kinds of snacks. We don’t have those famous chefs in tall hats, just regular cooks who know how to make good food that goes well with a drink. Some days are much quieter than others, giving us time to fix things up or reorganize the bottles on the shelves. When it’s busy on the weekends, it gets a bit loud, but that’s just the nature of a bar environment. We try to keep the service moving along, even if we aren’t the fastest people in the world. We’re just human, after all, and we have off days like anyone else. The regulars usually have their favorite spots to sit near the window. We’ve been part of the Sanjay Nagar scene for a bit now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change while we stay pretty much the same. It’s just our place where we work and where people come to spend their evenings.
