Bs Max Properties is based in Ramamurthy Nagar at 11/45-9 in the N Ri Layout. This is a busy residential area in the northeastern part of Bangalore. Being in an NRI layout means the surroundings are mostly houses and small apartment blocks, so it feels very much like a neighborhood business. Our office is right in the thick of it. We spend our time helping people find a place to live or a bit of land to build on. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a corporate headquarters; we have this local spot where we can meet people face-to-face. Ramamurthy Nagar has grown quite a bit, and we’ve seen all the new shops and schools come up around us. Most people who come to see us are looking for something specific for their families. We listen to what they need and then show them what is available in the layout or nearby. There is a lot of back-and-forth with owners and buyers, which is just how real estate works. We try to keep things grounded and don't make any big promises we can't keep. It is about being a reliable place where people can get their property questions answered.
