Breeze Cool Cabs

Breeze Cool Cabs operates out of the Vimalambika Building in Domlur, room 104. It is not a very big space, mostly just a desk with a couple of phones that never seem to stop ringing. We manage a small fleet of cars and drivers around the city. Managing cabs is a lot harder than it looks because drivers have their own schedules and traffic is always a mess. We started this because we wanted a way to make a living and we knew the roads well. It is a simple operation. We don’t have a fancy app or a giant call center. Usually, it is just someone sitting here writing down addresses in a logbook. Sometimes the drivers stop by the office to settle their accounts or just to have a quick break. Domlur is a good spot for us because it is easy to get to different parts of town from here. The building itself is okay, though the elevator is a bit slow most days. We do not use any polished scripts when we talk to people. We just tell you when a car is available and how long it might take. There are good days and bad days, especially when it rains and everyone wants a ride at once. We just do our best to keep things moving. It is a lot of coordination and checking the clocks to make sure the cars are where they need to be.
