It is a bit cramped inside because we have a lot of materials stacked up. Jayanagar has changed a lot since we first set up here. It used to be much quieter, but now the traffic is a real headache. We have a small crew and most of us have been working together for years. We don't have a big corporate office or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. If you call, you just get one of us. We do the casting work by hand mostly. It takes time and it is quite hot near the crucibles. Sometimes the orders take longer than we thought because a mold fails or something goes wrong. We don't pretend to be perfect. We just do the work as best as we can. Our floor is always messy with sand and metal shavings. We clean up at the end of the week, but by Monday it is back to how it was. That is just the way it goes with this kind of industry.
