We are set up on Hosur Road in the Madiwala area, right there at number 28. If you know Hosur Road, you know how the traffic can be, always moving and always loud. Our place is a bit industrial because we do forging work. That means a lot of heat, heavy machinery, and metal being shaped into different parts. It is noisy work and the shop floor is never really clean, no matter how much we try to sweep it up. There is a specific smell of hot metal and grease that stays with you even after you leave. We aren't a corporate office with people in suits; we wear work clothes and get our hands greasy. Most of our day is spent watching the machines and making sure the dimensions are right on whatever we are making. It takes a lot of patience to get the metal to do what you want. We have a small team here and most of us have been doing this for years, so we don't need to talk much to know what needs to be done next. Customers usually come to us because they need specific parts for their own machines or projects. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just focus on the orders we have and try to get them finished without any mistakes. It’s hard work, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a finished piece of steel ready to be shipped out.
