Blossom Realtor

Blossom Realtor is situated right on Brigade Road. We are on the second floor of the 5th Avenue building, at number 219. If you know Brigade Road, you know it’s always packed with people and shops. We like being in the middle of it all. Our office is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a good spot. We’ve been here for a while, dealing with all kinds of property requests. It’s a small office. We don't have a lot of room for anything extra. Just the essentials. We handle rentals, sales, and some consulting. Most people who come to see us are looking for something in the central part of town. We don't use big marketing budgets. Most of our work comes from people walking by or word of mouth. It’s a simple way of doing things. We don't have a script when we talk to people. We just listen to what they want and see if we have anything that matches. Some days are very busy and we are out of the office a lot. Other days we just sit here and catch up on the books. It’s a regular local business. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to help people find a place to stay or work. We enjoy the energy of this neighborhood and the variety of people we meet every single day.
