Our office is over in the Barton Centre on M.G. Road. It’s a pretty well-known building, right at No. 609. Being on such a busy street means there is always noise and people moving about. We handle a lot of different plants and greenery from this spot. It’s not a huge space, but we make it work for what we need to do. Most days are spent talking to suppliers or checking on the latest batch of greens that came in. We don't really go for the polished look; the desks are usually covered in paperwork or bits of leaves. It’s a regular job for us. M.G. Road can be a headache with the parking and the crowds, but being central helps us get things where they need to go. We've been in this building for a bit now and know the other tenants. We aren't trying to be anything special, just a local business keeping up with the demand for plants. Some days are faster than others. When the holidays come around, it gets a bit hectic, but we just put our heads down and get it done. It's honest work and we like being part of the city's main hub. We don't have any grand statements to make, we just show up, do the work with the flowers, and head home like everyone else. It's just a normal part of life for us here in the city.
