Bindu Real Estate

Bindu Real Estate is located within the Pannalal Silk Mill Compound in the Bhandup Industrial Estate. It’s an interesting spot in Sanjay Nagar, right near the IBP Petrol Bunk. The compound itself has a lot of different businesses, so there’s always people coming and going. We have a small office tucked away in there. It’s not the easiest place to find the first time, but once you see the petrol bunk, you’re basically there. We’ve been operating from this industrial area for a bit. We mostly deal with local properties around Bhandup and the surrounding neighborhoods. We aren't some big-name agency with billboards everywhere. We just know the local streets and who is selling or renting. A lot of our day is spent visiting sites or waiting for people to show up for viewings. The office is just a home base for the paperwork. It gets a bit noisy with the industrial activity around us, but we don't mind. It feels like a real working environment. We try to give people the straight facts about the places we show them. No point in making things sound better than they are. We’re just regular people trying to help other people find a place to stay or set up a shop. It’s a busy life but we enjoy the variety that comes with real estate. You never know who is going to walk in next. We just keep our keys ready.
