Bhoodevi Real Estate has its office over in Banashankari 1st Stage. We are on the 8th Main Road in Beml Layout, specifically at 94/95. It’s a nice part of town, and we’ve seen a lot of houses go up and down around here. We aren't like those big property firms you see on TV with the shiny suits. We are just local people who know the streets and the plots in this area. We spend a lot of time walking around or driving to different sites to check things out. If someone is looking for a place or wants to sell, they usually just drop by our office for a tea and a talk. We don't use a lot of sales talk. We just tell people what the price is and what the neighborhood is like. Sometimes the market is good, sometimes it is slow. We just keep our doors open. The office is a bit cluttered with maps and old files, but we know where everything is. It’s a family-run kind of thing, so there’s always someone around to answer questions. We like being in Beml Layout because it’s a settled place. We’ve helped many families find their corners here over the years. It’s not always easy work, especially with all the paperwork, but we are used to it by now. We just take it one day at a time and try to be fair with everyone who comes through our door.
