We run Bhavani Real Estate from Plot No 4 on Begur Road. This part of town has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings going up. We stay busy looking at different properties and talking to people who want to buy or sell land around here. Our office is just a simple room where we keep our papers and maps of the plots. Begur Road is always busy these days, and being at Plot No 4 makes it easy for people to pull over and come inside for a chat. We don't really do the big sales pitches you see in the city. We just tell people what is available and what the prices are looking like. Sometimes it’s just about sitting down with a cup of tea and looking at the paperwork. We know the local area quite well because we’ve been standing on this road for a long time. People drop by when they are passing through to ask about which way the town is growing. We try to give them honest answers based on what we see happening every day. It’s a lot of walking around outside to look at sites and then coming back here to write things down. The office isn't anything special to look at, but it’s where we do our business. We like the pace of things here, even when the traffic gets loud outside our door.
