Bhavana Silk & Sarees

Our shop is tucked away in the Sgv Complex on Cunningham Road. We’ve been at 14/A for quite some time now, mostly focusing on silks and sarees. Ganganagar is a nice enough area, though parking can be a real headache if you come at the wrong time. We started Bhavana Silk & Sarees because we knew a lot about fabrics. It’s not a huge showroom with bright lights and pushy staff. It’s just us. We keep a lot of different patterns in stock, and sometimes the shelves get a bit cluttered. We don’t really mind the mess as long as we can find what a customer is looking for. People usually hear about us from their neighbors or relatives. We don't spend money on big posters or radio ads. The complex itself is okay, a bit older now, but it suits what we do. We spend a lot of time folding and unfolding things to show people the colors. It’s a lot of manual work. Sometimes we sit out front when it’s slow and just watch the cars go by on Cunningham Road. We’ve seen a lot of weddings come and go through the sarees we sell. It’s nice to think our clothes are part of someone's big day, but we don't make a big deal out of it. We just provide the silk and let them do the rest. That is just how the days go by for us here.
