We’ve been at H-6 on the first floor here in Malleswaram for a while now. If you know the 3rd Cross, you know it’s a busy part of Bangalore, but it feels like home to us. Bhasin Soft Talent Solutions is basically just a group of us working out of this office, trying to help people find where they fit in the workforce. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of phone calls all day long. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud, but you get used to it. We deal with a lot of different talents and companies, trying to bridge the gap between people and jobs. It isn’t always easy, and some days are slower than others. We like being in this part of town because it’s easy for people to reach us, even if parking is a bit of a headache sometimes. People come in and out, we talk about what they need, and we see what we can do to help them. It’s practical work. We’ve been through the ups and downs of the local market and just keep going. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular workplace where we get things done. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized, though the paperwork does pile up sometimes. It’s just how things are here in Malleswaram.
