We operate Bharath Real Estate out of 471 Anjanpura Layout. We’re situated right by Dhayari Phata, which is very close to the BDA Layout Entrance. It’s a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading out. We’ve been in this layout for some time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow and change around us. Being near the entrance means we see a lot of people coming and going. The office itself is modest. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of maps on the walls. We call it Bharath Real Estate because that’s what’s on the paperwork, but to us, it’s just the office. We don't use fancy talk or big promises. We just sit down with people and talk about what they're looking for. The Anjanpura Layout is a good area, and we like being part of it. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we’re always cleaning the windows. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a couple of us who know the local streets well. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around the nearby blocks. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy. If you’re ever near the BDA Layout entrance, you’ll likely see our sign at number 471. It is a bit cramped inside when we have guests, but we always find a way to make space for everyone.
