Bharadwaj Engineeing

We are up on the 4th floor of the Shivalik Corporate Park in Konankunte E Block. Bharadwaj Engineering isn't one of those massive companies with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team working out of this office space. The view from the fourth floor is mostly other buildings and the busy streets below. Getting to work involves waiting for the elevator, which can be slow during the morning rush. Inside the office, it’s mostly computers, blueprints, and a lot of coffee mugs. We spend our days looking at technical drawings and talking about project details. It’s a bit different from the shops on the street level because it’s quieter up here. We still have to deal with the usual office problems like the printer jamming or the internet going slow. The E Block area is growing fast, so there is always construction noise nearby. We’ve been in this corporate park for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the security guards and the people in the other offices. Our desks are usually a mess of papers and rulers. It’s just the way we work. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and find us at our desks. It is a simple space where we do the engineering work every day. We usually stay late to finish up drawings before the weekend starts because there is always more to do.
