Bhakta Cabs & Easy Drive

Our office for Bhakta Cabs & Easy Drive is located at 5 Vyalikaval 2nd Stage. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood, which is nice because it gives us a bit of a break from the city traffic. We don't have a fancy building or a big sign. It’s just a small office where we manage our fleet and talk to our drivers. We have a few old desks and a board where we keep track of the bookings. It’s not a polished environment at all. There are often car keys lying around and the smell of grease from the garage nearby. We’ve been in the driving business for quite some time, so we know every shortcut and alleyway in the area. We don't have a big marketing budget or a mission statement. We just focus on getting people from one place to another without any trouble. It’s a lot of work to keep the cars running and the schedules on time. We spend most of our day on the phone or checking the logs. Sometimes the drivers come in to have a cup of tea and share stories about the road. It’s a very casual atmosphere. We don't have any corporate rules about how to speak. We just talk like normal people and try to provide a decent ride for those who call us. It’s a basic business run by people who know the road and its challenges.
