Bhagawan Real Estate

We are located right on the Ist Main Road over here in RT Nagar, specifically on the 6th Cross in Dinnur 2. Bhagawan Real Estate has been around this patch for a good bit now. It’s a busy spot, honestly. Sometimes the traffic on the main road gets a little much, but once you turn into the cross, it’s a bit quieter. We spend most of our days talking to people who are looking for a place to stay or maybe wanting to sell off a bit of land they’ve had for years. It’s mostly local folks stopping by. We don’t have some big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular space where we keep our papers and sit down for a chai while we discuss things. The 6th cross has changed quite a lot since we first set up here. More buildings are going up every day and the trees aren't as many as they used to be. Still, it’s home for the business. We know most of the neighbors and the shopkeepers around Dinnur. If you are walking down Ist Main, you’ll probably see our sign. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Bangalore or anything like that. We just focus on this neighborhood because it’s what we know best. It’s a simple way of working, really. Nothing too complicated. Just showing houses and helping with the paperwork for people.
