We have a small office at 2 Sampangiram Nagar. It is located right at Bhagwati Poles Naka in the Lunsawad area. We deal with local property and land. People walk in asking about places to rent or houses for sale nearby. We have a lot of maps and handwritten notes about different plots in the neighborhood. The office is pretty basic, just a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk about prices. We have been around this part of town for a long time, so we know most of the streets and who owns which building. It is mostly about talking to people and finding out what they really need for their families. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon out walking around looking at buildings or meeting with landlords. It is not like those big corporate agencies you see in the center of the city. We keep our notes in files and on a small computer. The Naka is a busy spot, so there is always someone passing by or stopping in for a quick chat about the current market. We do not use any fancy software, just our experience with the local area. Lunsawad has changed a lot over the years, but we are still here in the same spot. We just help neighbors find homes and help owners find decent tenants. It is straightforward work and we like being part of the community here in Sampangiram Nagar.
