Bens Real Estate

Bens Real Estate is located at number 27 in the Meghdoot Society in Kundalahalli. We aren't one of those massive agencies with billboards everywhere. We just work out of this neighborhood office and help people find places to live or work around this side of town. Kundalahalli has changed a lot over the years, with new buildings popping up everywhere, so there is always something happening. Our day usually involves a lot of walking around and showing people different flats or plots. The office in Meghdoot Society is where we meet to talk over details or look at maps and papers. It’s a pretty relaxed environment. We don't wear suits or anything like that; we just dress for the weather because we are outdoors so much. Sometimes a deal goes through quickly, and other times we spend weeks looking for the right spot for someone. It can be frustrating when owners change their minds at the last minute, but that’s just how the real estate business goes. We know the local streets and the landlords pretty well by now. We don't use any fancy software to track things, just our notebooks and contacts. People usually find us through word of mouth or by seeing our small sign. We just try to be honest about what a property is really like and what the neighborhood offers.
