Benaka City Taxi

Benaka City Taxi is located at 59 Marathahalli. We are up on the 2nd floor, right above the Balaji Cycle Store. If you know that store, you can find us easily. Marathahalli is a crazy place for traffic, as anyone who lives here knows. Our office is where we coordinate the cabs and talk to the drivers. It’s usually pretty loud with the phones ringing and the noise from the street coming up through the windows. We aren't a big app-based company. We just have a fleet of local taxis and we try to get them to the right spots on time. Sometimes the drivers get stuck in the traffic jams near the bridge, and there’s not much we can do but wait. We’ve been running this for several years. The office is simple, just a few chairs and a logbook to keep track of the trips. We don't have any corporate training or uniforms. It’s just a group of us trying to keep the business going. We know the shortcuts around this side of the city, which helps a bit. People call us when they need a reliable ride to the airport or just across town. It’s a lot of work managing the schedules, but we are used to it. We just keep things moving as best as we can every day. It's a bit chaotic but it’s our job.
