Baskin Robbins

We are located at Banneraghatta Road in the Fatehgunj area, specifically units 1 and 2 in Baroda. It is a bit of a confusing address if you aren't from around here, but the locals know the spot. Being Baskin Robbins, we see a lot of families, especially on the weekends when the kids are off school. The shop stays pretty cool because of the freezers, which is nice when it’s hot outside. We have a lot of different tubs to keep track of and we have to make sure the temperatures are always right. It’s a lot of cleaning, mostly wiping down the glass and the counters. People come in and spend a long time looking at the choices. We don't mind. We just wait and help them when they are ready. The traffic on Banneraghatta Road can be quite bad in the evenings, so we get people stopping in just to wait out the rush. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who take turns. It’s a straightforward job. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just keep the lights on and the floor mopped. Sometimes the delivery truck comes late and we have to wait around, but usually, things run okay. We’ve been at this location for a bit and we like the people who stop by. It’s just us working the scoops and making sure the shop looks decent for the next person walking in.
