Baskin Robbins

This Baskin Robbins is over at Bellandur, specifically on R C Technical Institute Road 3. It’s a busy little stretch of road. We have a lot of students coming by from the institute and families who live in the apartments nearby. The shop is bright and we try to keep the glass cases clean so you can see all the different tubs. It gets really busy in the evenings when the sun goes down and everyone wants a treat. We spend a lot of time scooping and trying to keep the freezer from icing up too much. It’s a simple shop. We don’t have much room for sitting inside, so most people take their cones or cups and walk along the road. The staff here is mostly young. We listen to the radio and talk to the regulars while we work. It’s not a complicated business. We just keep the ice cream cold and the spoons ready. The traffic on R C Technical Institute Road can be a bit much, but we are used to the honking by now. We’ve been here at number 3 for a good while. It’s a reliable spot. Nothing fancy, just a plain shop where you can get something cold. We like the neighborhood vibe here in Bellandur.
