Basic Property

We are Basic Property, and our office is at 707 in HBR Layout. We are situated right behind the New Shanthi Sagar Darshini, which most people around here use as a meeting point anyway. HBR is a big area, but our little corner is pretty familiar to the locals. We handle property matters, mostly helping people find houses or dealing with land stuff. It is not a glamorous job. It involves a lot of walking around and looking at buildings that might need a bit of work. We don't have a polished sales pitch. We just tell people what we know about the properties in this layout. Some days we are out in the sun all afternoon, and other days we are just sitting in the office at 707 doing paperwork. The Darshini nearby is where we usually grab our coffee or a quick snack when things get busy. We aren't a big real estate chain. We are just a local outfit that knows these streets well. We've seen how HBR has grown from almost nothing to a crowded suburb. We just try to be helpful and honest with whoever walks through the door. We don't promise anything we can't do.
