Barton Realty is based right here on Commercial Street in Pimple Gurav. Our office is at number 306. We aren't a huge real estate firm with billboards everywhere. It’s just a small office where we handle local property matters. Pimple Gurav has grown a lot lately, and we’ve watched the buildings go up around us. We aren't the type to use high-pressure tactics or big sales pitches. Most of our work is just talking to people and helping them figure out what they need. It’s a local operation, so we know the streets and the buildings around here pretty well. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and chairs and a lot of maps and files. We like being on Commercial Street because it's easy for people to find us when they are out doing their errands. There isn't a big corporate office elsewhere; this is it. We don't have a marketing department writing things for us. It’s just us doing our daily rounds. Sometimes the days are busy, other times it’s quiet enough to have a long lunch. We just take it as it comes. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while and we plan to stay. It’s honest work and we try to do it right without making a fuss.
