You can find us at Shop No 4 in the Balaji Elite building. We are located on the 24th Main in HSR Layout, specifically in the Udhyog Nagar section near M G Rd No 8. It’s quite a mouthful of an address, but once you are in the 2nd Sector, it is pretty easy to find the building. Barons Realtors is just a small shop where we handle local property stuff. We don't have a huge office with glass walls, just a desk and some chairs where we talk to people. Most of our day is spent looking at listings or going out to show houses and plots around the HSR area. It’s a lot of walking and driving around, really. We know these streets pretty well by now. We don't use any fancy sales talk, we just tell people what is available and what the prices are like. The shop is usually open during the regular hours, though sometimes we are out on the field. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of new buildings going up all the time. We just try to keep track of what’s happening on each block. Dealing with paperwork and legal things takes up a good chunk of our afternoon. It’s just honest work in the real estate line. We are part of the local scene here and we just keep things moving one day at a time.
