Baris Estate Agency

Our office for Baris Estate Agency is at 30 & 31 Shivaji Nagar, right on N C Road and Dispensary Road. It is a very crowded spot. There are people everywhere and the noise from the street never really stops. We deal with property, so we are often out and about, but this is where we keep our main records. The office is a bit of a squeeze with all the files and keys we have to keep track of. Being near Dispensary Road means we see a lot of different people every day. We don't have a big window display with pictures of houses. Instead, we have a lot of ledgers and a couple of old computers. We spend our time talking to landlords and people looking for a place to stay or do business. It is a lot of walking back and forth to show properties in the nearby lanes. The air is always full of the smell of street food from the nearby stalls. We have been here for a while and the office shows its age. The floor tiles are worn down and the ceiling fan makes a clicking sound. We don't mind it much. It is just where we work. We keep the paperwork in big metal cupboards and try to remember who called about what. It is a bit messy, but we know where everything is. Most of our afternoon is spent drinking tea and waiting for the phone to buzz with some new news.
