Banglore City Properties

You can find us over at number 27 on Walhekar Wadi Road in Jayanagar III Block. This part of the city has its own rhythm and we have become a part of it over the years. Banglore City Properties is basically just a few of us who know these blocks really well. We help people buy a bit of land or find a house that fits their family. Jayanagar is a place where people actually know their neighbors and we try to keep that feeling in our work. We don’t have a giant glass office or anything. It is just a comfortable space where you can sit and talk about what you need. Real estate can get complicated with all the rules and the documents, so we try to handle that side so others don’t have to worry too much. We have seen the old houses get replaced by new ones and we know which lanes get flooded when it rains. That kind of local knowledge is just what comes from being here every day. We aren’t trying to sell you something you don’t need. If a place is too far from the market, we will tell you. It is about being honest and getting through the day with a bit of hard work. We like it here in the III Block and we plan on staying for a while. It is a good place to work and the people around here are mostly friendly. We just do our best to help out.
