We’ve been here at 11 Shivaji Nagar for a good while now. It is right by Vande Mataram Chowk in Ramtekadi. If you know the area, you know it gets busy. Mostly it is just us working through the daily stuff that comes with real estate. People come in and out, asking about different plots or houses around Bangalore. We keep the doors open and the fans going because it gets warm. It isn't a fancy place with big carpets or anything. Just some desks and chairs where we sit and talk to folks. Sometimes the traffic outside at the chowk is so loud we have to shout a bit. That's just how it is. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around looking at sites. It’s a lot of paper work too, which keeps us busy even when no one is visiting. Ramtekadi has changed quite a bit over the years. We see new buildings going up and old ones getting knocked down. It is interesting to watch from our spot. We don’t do big speeches or anything. If someone needs to find a place, they just walk in. We show them what is available on the list. It’s straightforward work. My desk is usually covered in maps and notes that only I can read. We like being in Shivaji Nagar because everything is close by. It’s a decent spot to run a business from. Usually, we are here until late evening. It is just a regular office life.
