Bangalore Estates

We have been operating out of BTM Layout for a while now. Our place is on the 2nd Main in the KEB Layout part of the 2nd Stage. It's actually the 2nd floor of the building called Godhulli, number 18. We deal with property and land around Bangalore, mostly focusing on what's happening in this part of town. Real estate can be a bit of a mess sometimes with all the paperwork and people looking for things, so we just try to keep it straight. It's a small team here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out looking at sites, but the office in BTM is where we keep everything. BTM is always crowded, so finding our building can take a minute if you don't know the 1st Stage and 2nd Stage layout well. We don't do anything too complicated, just helping folks find a place or sell what they have. The office isn't very large but it has enough space for our files and a few chairs. We don't use any fancy talk or try to act like a big corporation. We’re just local people who know the streets and the prices. If someone walks in, we just talk to them like normal. It's a practical business and we keep it that way. We've been at this address for a good bit now and we plan to stay.
