Banashankari Real Estate

Banashankari Real Estate is located at 16 Bilekahalli 9th Cross, which is part of the BEML Layout. We have been working from this specific address for quite some time. It is a pretty quiet street most days, which makes it a decent place to sit and talk with people who stop by. We aren't a huge operation with a bunch of secretaries and shiny brochures. It is mostly just us sitting at the desks, keeping track of things in the local area. The 9th cross is easy to find if you know the BEML Layout well enough. We chose this spot because it is central to the places we know best. Sometimes the traffic on the main road can be a bit of a headache, but once you turn onto our cross, things slow down a bit. We spend a lot of our time just looking at papers and making sure everything is in order. It’s a simple office, nothing fancy or over the top. We think it’s better that way because people feel more comfortable coming in to chat. You can usually find one of us here from the morning until the evening. We have seen a lot of changes in this neighborhood over the years, but our little spot at number 16 stays pretty much the same. It is a reliable place to find us when someone needs help with local property stuff. We just take it one day at a time here.
