Balal Travels

Balal Travels is located at 74/4 Residency Road, specifically at the 3rd Cross within the Ballal Residency building itself. Residency Road is always packed, so being tucked into the 3rd Cross gives us a little bit of a break from the direct chaos, though not much. The office is inside the Ballal Residency premises, which is a well-known spot. We do not have a big storefront on the main road. Instead, we are inside where it is a bit more contained. It is a small space where we manage all the travel details. There are maps and schedules taped to the walls and usually a couple of phones ringing at the same time. It is nothing fancy, just some desks and some old chairs for when people need to sit and wait. We have been here at this address for quite a while. The building has that older feel to it, and we have just become part of the furniture over the years. We spend our time talking to people and trying to figure out the routes. It is a lot of coordination. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief in the summer. We do not have any flashy signs or posters outside. It is just us at 74/4 Residency Road. We know the area well and we are used to the pace of this part of the city. We open early and usually stay until the last booking for the day is confirmed.
