Balaji Prasad Realtors is located at 57 Jayanagar. We are on the first floor of the Gurupriya Apartments. It’s a pretty nice building, and being on the first floor means you don't have to walk up too many stairs if the lift is acting up, which happens once in a while. Jayanagar is a busy part of town, so there is always something going on outside. I spend most of my morning sorting through messages and checking on the properties we have listed. The office is mostly just a desk, some chairs, and a small area for making coffee. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors in the other apartments are all friendly enough. People drop in to ask about prices in the area or if any new flats have come up for sale. Real estate in Jayanagar can be a bit tricky because things change so fast, but we try to keep up with it. It’s mostly just me and one other person working here most days. We keep things simple. We have our files, our phone, and we talk to people. That’s really all there is to it. Sometimes we go out to show a house and have to lock up for an hour. If you come by and the door is locked, we are probably just out at a site nearby and will be back soon. We don't really have a big team, just enough to get by.
