Balaji City Taxi

Our office is located at Nandeeshwara Complex in Putenahalli, Yelahanka. It is number 5. We spend most of our time coordinating where the cars are and talking to drivers on the phone. It gets pretty loud in here when the phones start ringing all at once. We have been running Balaji City Taxi for a while and it is always a bit of a scramble. Traffic in this part of town can be a real headache, but we try to work around it. The complex is not anything fancy, just a solid place for us to base our operations. We do not have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is mostly just us and the drivers trying to get people where they need to go. Sometimes a car breaks down or a driver gets stuck in a jam, and we have to figure it out on the fly. It is a lot of juggling. We know the local roads pretty well by now. Being near Putenahalli helps because we can cover a good stretch of the north side. We keep a ledger, some keys, and a lot of coffee on the desks. It is a messy business but we enjoy the pace of it. We are not looking to take over the world, just trying to keep the fleet moving and make sure everyone gets a ride. It is hard work and long hours, but it is what we do.
