Bairaveshwara City Properties is located over at 12 Nagasandra. We are situated very close to Sapthagiri Engineering College, which is a big landmark that most people use to find us. If you can see the college, you are pretty much at our doorstep. We mostly handle different kinds of property matters. Our office is quite small and simple, nothing like those big corporate buildings you see in the city center. Most of our day is spent looking through old files or talking to people about land and different housing options. Nagasandra is an area that is growing very fast, so there is always something new happening on the streets. We have seen many changes in the neighborhood since we first started here. More buildings are popping up every single month. We just try to keep track of all the changes for our work. Sometimes the office feels a bit crowded when a few people visit at the same time. We usually keep the windows open or run the fan because it gets a bit warm in the afternoons. It is a very straightforward business and we do not use any complicated systems. Most of our notes are kept in regular ledgers. People often drop in because they live nearby or are passing through on their way to the engineering college. We know the local streets and plots very well. Being near the college keeps the area lively with students and shops. We just do our work and go home.
