Bagavathi Travels

We have our travel setup in Banashankari 1st Stage. It has been our base for many years now. The neighborhood has grown a lot since we first started, but we are still in the same spot. We mostly help people with their travel plans, whether they need a car for a day or a longer trip out of town. We do not have a big corporate office with glass walls; it is just a simple place where we keep our logs and take bookings over the phone. A lot of our work comes from families living nearby who need to get to the airport or go on a pilgrimage. We know the local roads like the back of our hand, which helps when the traffic gets bad in the mornings. We try to keep our vehicles in good shape, though they do get some wear and tear from the city roads. It is a lot of coordination, making sure drivers are where they need to be and that customers are not waiting too long. Sometimes a driver gets stuck or a car needs a quick repair, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. It is not a glamorous job, but it is useful for the people around here. We just try to be reliable and get people where they need to go without any big fuss or complicated stories. That is basically what we do every day. We just focus on the work at hand.
