Babu Real Estate has been operating out of this small office at number 1 Indira Nagar for a while now. We’re located on the 16th Cross, right in 5th Main, Sector-6. It’s a decent neighborhood and we’ve seen it grow quite a bit over the years. Our day usually starts with a lot of phone calls and then driving around to look at different houses or plots. We don’t have a big corporate setup with receptionists in suits. It’s just a few of us who know the area well and keep track of who is selling and who is looking to buy. The desk is usually covered in site maps and old notebooks where we jot down numbers and names. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just waiting for a client who got stuck in traffic, which happens a lot around here. We know the streets of Sector-6 like the back of our hands because we spend so much time walking them. We don’t use those big fancy words to describe properties. We just tell people what the place looks like and what the price is. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’ve had the same office for a long time and the neighbors at 5th Main are all familiar faces now. It’s a simple way to earn a living in this part of town.
