Babu Real Estate Agency operates out of number 32 in the Doddanna Building, right here in New Thippasandra. This building has been around for a while and we’ve been in this specific spot for quite some time too. The office is usually pretty full of activity, with people coming in to ask about rentals or to talk about selling a piece of land. We don’t have a lot of fancy brochures or a high-tech display. Most of our information is kept in old notebooks or on a few sheets of paper pinned to a board. We find that talking directly to people works better than anything else. New Thippasandra is a place we know inside and out. We’ve walked these streets so many times we could probably do it with our eyes closed. The Doddanna Building is a good landmark, so people don’t usually have trouble finding us. Our desks are cluttered with tea cups and legal documents, and the chairs are a bit squeaky, but it’s a comfortable place to work. We aren't trying to be some big national firm. We’re just local folks who understand the property market in this specific corner of the world. Some days are long and we don't finish until late, especially when there's a lot of paperwork to get through. We just take things as they come and try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated or sounding too professional.
