B V K City Taxi

If you’ve been around Malleshpalya near the BEML Gate, you might have seen our office for B V K City Taxi. We are situated at number 7 on Beml Road, right by the K H Main Road. It’s a small place, mostly just a spot for the drivers to check in and for us to manage the phones. There is always a lot of chatter over the radio and people calling in to see if a car is available. We spend most of our time looking at clocks and schedules to make sure everyone gets where they need to go. The neighborhood is usually bustling, especially with the factory gate nearby. Sometimes we have a few cars parked out front, but usually, they are out on the road working. We keep a simple logbook and a couple of phones that never seem to stop ringing. It’s a bit chaotic at times, especially when the weather is bad or during the morning rush. We don't have fancy leather seats in the waiting area, just some plastic chairs for whoever is waiting for their shift or a ride. It’s a local operation, and we know the shortcuts around this part of town pretty well. We’ve been here long enough that most of the regulars just call us by name. It is a humble office, but we keep it open late because people always need to get home.
