B N R Real Estate has its office at 112/17 Wilson Garden. We are on the 9th Cross, right opposite the local club. It’s a quiet enough street compared to the main roads around here. We work on property stuff, mostly helping people find houses or land. It is not like those big agencies you see on TV. We just have a small office with a couple of desks and some maps on the wall. We know Wilson Garden pretty well because we’ve lived and worked here for a long time. People stop by to ask about rents or if anything new is for sale. We don't have a fancy marketing budget or anything. Most of our work comes from people just knowing us in the area. Sometimes the real estate market is slow, and we just sit around drinking tea and talking. Other times, it's non-stop with people wanting to see different places. We try to be honest about the properties we show. If a roof leaks or the plumbing is old, we usually mention it. It’s a small community and we don't want any trouble later on. We handle a lot of the local paperwork too, which can be a bit of a headache with all the rules. But that is just how the business goes. We’ve helped a lot of neighbors move over the years.
