Our office is located at Vijaya Nagar 108/07. It is a decent space where we handle all the day to day tasks for B G Properties India Pvt Ltd. Being in Vijaya Nagar is helpful because it is a central area and easy for people to reach. We spend most of our time looking at property listings and talking to clients on the phone. It is not always exciting work but it keeps us busy. The building we are in is well known around here. We have a few desks and a lot of folders piled up with property details. Most of the staff has been around for a long time. We know the local streets and the prices of homes in this part of town. Sometimes we have people coming in just to ask for directions or advice on a piece of land. We try to be helpful when we can. The coffee shop down the street is where we usually get our lunch. It is a simple setup we have going. We do not go for big displays or loud signs. Just a board outside so you know you have the right place. We handle things like sales and rentals. It is a lot of back and forth between different parties. We just try to get the paperwork right so there are no headaches later on for anyone.
