You can find Ayaan Tours & Travels at 65/11 Bannerghatta Circular Road in Sector 45. We are based in the Great Mansion building, which is a busy spot on a very active road. Most of our work involves sitting at our desks and sorting out travel arrangements for people who want to go on trips or need a car for the day. We spend a lot of time talking to our drivers and checking on the status of the vehicles we use. The office itself is quite simple with a few maps on the wall and a lot of logbooks where we write down the bookings. Bannerghatta Road is always full of traffic, so we spend a lot of time helping people figure out the best times to leave for the airport or other parts of the city. It is a practical job that requires us to be on the phone constantly. We have been at the Great Mansion for a while now and we know the area very well. Sometimes the bookings come in all at once and it gets a bit stressful trying to find a driver who is free, but we always manage to get it sorted out. We are not a large company with a lot of fancy technology; we just use our experience and our contacts to get things done. It is a regular travel desk where we focus on the daily logistics of moving people from one place to another without too much trouble.
