You can find us at Avenues Property Consulting, located at 474 in the Hosur Layout, right near the Bellandur Sarjapur Outer Ring Road. This area has grown so fast, it is almost hard to keep up with, but we have been right here in the middle of it. Our office isn't one of those glass skyscrapers you see nearby. It’s a more modest place where we sit down and talk about houses and land. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking out different plots in the neighborhood. Dealing with property in this part of the city can be pretty hectic because everyone wants to be near the Outer Ring Road. We don't have a big marketing team or a slick presentation. Mostly, we just have people come in who are looking for a place to stay or an investment to make. We know the owners and the developers around here quite well. Some days we are out on the road visiting sites, and other days we are just stuck in the office doing paperwork. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of phone calls. We try to be honest about what we see in the market. Hosur Layout is a good home for us, and we’ve seen the whole landscape change since we started. We just keep doing our thing, one client at a time, without any of the big corporate fluff you find elsewhere.
