Autocrate Engineers

Autocrate Engineers is out at No.21 & 22 in the EPIP, Phase 1 area of Whitefield. It’s an industrial part of town, so there are lots of warehouses and factories around us. We have a fairly large space to fit all our machinery and workbenches. The sound of metal hitting metal and machines humming is pretty constant throughout the day. We do a lot of technical work, mostly involving parts and engineering fixes. Our floors are grey and marked up from moving heavy equipment around. We aren't much for decorations; the walls just have calendars and some old safety posters. The light comes in through high windows, so it can get a bit dim on rainy days. Our staff wears heavy boots and work clothes because it’s a rugged environment. We spend a lot of time measuring things and making sure the fits are right. It’s precision work but in a very practical, hands-on way. We don't have a big front office or a receptionist. Usually, if you come by, you’ll find one of us with a wrench or a clipboard. We deal with other businesses mostly, but we’re here for whoever needs engineering help. It’s a lot of long hours and getting our hands dirty. That’s just the nature of this kind of business. We keep the machines oiled and the work moving.
